Rachel’s Rec: Mee-Chin (it means ‘crazy’ in Korean) Nachos. Marinated Galbi meatballs, monterrey jack, nacho cheese, red onion, green onion, gochujang (Korean red pepper paste), and creamy galbi sauce all over a bed of crunchy tortilla chips. I’m drooling already just thinking about it.

Rachel Cho has been a Fishers resident for seven years. Her favorite things to do in Fishers are eating at local restaurants and visiting the Fishers Farmers Market almost every Saturday with her family.
