Ever since my first Saturday morning at the Fishers Farmers’ Market, I’ve been hooked! I’m always looking forward to the next Saturday to roll around so I can go back and check out all the local goods I may have missed the trip before. Sometimes I’ll go by myself, but most of the time we like to make it a fun outing with the whole family.
If you’re like me and love fresh seasonal produce and supporting our local community, you’ll definitely want to check out all that the Fishers Farmers’ Market has to offer. Today, I’m sharing what my usual Saturday mornings look like at the market along with some of my favorite finds and helpful tips to know before you go.

But First, Coffee
If you know me, then you know I have a serious obsession with coffee. So obviously this is always my first stop. There are a handful of amazing coffee vendors at the Fishers Farmers’ Market. Whether you like cold brews, sweet flavors, or espresso there are plenty of options for every coffee lover
Fun with the Kids
My next stop is usually the Fishers Parks booth. There, they’ll hand you a free tote bag to use for all the great items you’ll be stocking up on, along with fun activities planned for the kids. They usually have a craft or game at the booth and it’s something my kids always look forward to.
Another sweet stop for the kids that I HIGHLY recommend is Louise’s Sweets. She has so many delicious treats, but my kids are a huge fan of her chocolate covered cookie pops! After they finish, they’ll most likely want to walk over to the fountains for a cool-down
Next Up, Food!
There are SO MANY food options, and I’m slowly making my way around each Saturday to try it all, but so far, my husband and I cannot get enough of Bay Area Bistro’s Lumpia. To be honest we get them every single time we go. They are just so delicious and that sweet chili dipping sauce… so good!
Strolling Along
After we eat, I love walking around and checking out all the fresh fruits and veggies available. There’s such a variety and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. My go-to options are fresh peaches, jams, tomatoes and let’s not forget My Dad’s Sweet Corn, which is truly some of the best corn on the cob I’ve ever had.
There’s Always Room for Desert!
During our last trip to the Fishers Farmers’ Market, my daughter discovered Sweets Bri. They offer hand-made Brazilian candies “Brigadeiros” and they did not disappoint! They’re like a soft fudge candy topped with a variety of flavors that are not only delicious, but also pretty to look at
