Girls on the Run is an after school program for girls in grades 3rd-6th. Our program uses running to teach life skills and to inspire girls to be healthy, joyful, and confident. Once registered, the teams will meet on Mondays & Wednesdays from 4:00-5:15 for 8 weeks. The coaches will lead the teams through lessons and fun activities. You don’t need to be a runner! This program is about so much more than running.
