Every four years, six councilors are elected to represent each of the city’s districts. The City Council elects a council president and vice-president each year. With Smart911, you can provide 9-1-1 emergency dispatchers and first responders with critical information in any case of emergency. This system allows users to include information such as vehicle descriptions, medications, medical emergency contacts and proxies, home floor plans, and pet information. The free, Smart911 application is used nationwide to allow first responders to better assist you during a crisis.
